The experience started with a huge red…

The experience started with a huge red flag when they charged me the full amount up front and the rental agreement clearly stated a deposit of $500.
I had to cancel due to hurricane Sally which was tropical depression 19 when it came through. the extenuating circumstances clause clearly allows for cancellation due to name or numbered storms.
They won't reply to my emails. The boat owner ghosted me.
Do not do business with these people unless you want to get ripped off!

Great experience with Boatsetter on a…

Great experience with Boatsetter on a sunset cruise with friends after the lockdown was lifted. The Captain was was helpful and entertaining, we had a blast! We will definitely recommend it to others who are looking for an easy and fun outing on the water

Wrongfully took my money for boat damage

They violated their own terms of service by taking my money for boat damage with absolutely zero evidence from the boat owner that I had damaged the boat. Turned out that the previous renter had photos and realized they had damaged the boat, not me, and took responsibility. Boatsetter was no help to me and was only loyal to the boat owner, not the renter.

These people are a big scam

These people are a big scam. They held my money over 4 months ($2,600) for a reservation. Just a few hours for the long planned trip they canceled me because they were able to make a last minute rental for more money for the same boat. They left me with paying for the boat slip i had rented and the insurance. they did not even act like they cared. they said I agreed to that when I chekc some box. run from these people.

Had such a poor experience with this…

Had such a poor experience with this place. My credit card was charged twice for the same day and they refused to refund. They also charged extra for random fees. Then the 4 hour boat ride was cut short, barely was out on the water.
